Usagi -- Owner of SMFS and Co-Admin
(S)he is responsible for our server maintenance, PHP programming, updates and mods to the programs that run our site.
(S)he does not claim to have a gender and is "Usagi" purely because (s)he likes what Usagi stands for.

ShineOn -- Co-Admin
He has powers over the site equal to Usagi. He organizes topics and the site in general.

ydkmn -- Admin & Moderator
She moderates, watches the site for problems and reports to ShineOn and Usagi.

Any of the above (and no others) have to power to delete posts, split or merge topics and ban or deactivate unruly members.
